Food license require for every businessman who is engaged in selling, packaging, manufacturing, or distributing in any package or non-package food item or food-related product.
Means if you run a small grocery or any small business which contains any food item is required a food license.
now the question is what is a food license? Food license is not the portion that municipality or corporation charged in tread license, food license is a license or registration no allotted by FSSAI ( Food Safety and Standard Authority of India)
So if you engaged in any milk shop, retailer or wholesaler of any packaged or non packed food item, manufacture or distributor of any food item, or if you owned a hotel that must need registration or license no from FASSAI
